樊杰颖，1971年生于河北怀安，2006年毕业于首都师范大学美术学院研究生班，现为天津画院专职画家，天津画院青创美术馆馆长，中国美术家协会会员，文化部青联美术委员会委员，首都师范大学现代水墨研究所研究员。
